What are Pampas Rewards?
Pampas Rewards is our loyalty programme. Every item you purchase will take you that one step closer to unlocking rewards. There are four tiers based on your spending as set out below:
Silver: Spend £1,000 or more
Gold: Spend £2,500 or more
Platinum: Spend £5,000 or more
V.I.P: Spend £10,000 or more
If placed in the V.I.P. tier, a member of our personal shopping team will contact you directly to provide you with more details about the V.I.P. programme and the associated rewards.
How did I qualify for my Pampas Rewards tier?
If you're new to Pampas Rewards, your tier is determined by the value of your total Pampas Glasgow orders over a rolling 12-month time period (your "Membership Year"). Please note your spending is the combined balance of your in-store and online purchases.
You'll be automatically enrolled into the Pampas Rewards programme when your spending hits a qualifying threshold (This excludes delivery fees or orders that are cancelled or refunded).
Your tier will be automatically upgraded if your spending within the 12-month time period exceeds the threshold of the next tier. For example, if your current tier is Silver and your total spend exceeds £2,500 within the rolling 12-month time period, your will automatically be moved up to Gold Tier.
What are Pampas Rewards?
Pampas Rewards offers an exciting set of benefits to Pampas Rewards members. Every tier has a specified set of rewards. The higher the tier, the better the rewards.
How and when do I receive my rewards?
If you create an account in store or online, you will be notified of your eligibility via email (provided you have entered an email address). If you ensure you're subscribed to our email marketing notifications you won't miss out on any time-sensitive rewards. You can always check your marketing preferences in your online account or speak to an In-Store team member.
How do I move up a Rewards tier?
Once your spending amount (excluding any returned or cancelled orders), exceeds the next qualifying spend threshold, you'll be automatically upgraded to the next tier.
We update tiers at the end of each month, so depending on when you make your in-store orders or place your online orders, it may take a little time for the upgrade to be reflected in your account.
Can I track how close I am to the next tier?
You can track your progress via your online account, which you can find on the Pampas Glasgow website. You can check and update your marketing preferences anytime via your online account or by speaking with an In-Store team member.
How long do I have my current Rewards tier status?
Unless you are upgraded to a new tier, you will remain in your current tier for 12 months. If you have met the spending threshold requirements for your tier over the past 12 months, the rewards you are entitled to will continue for an additional 12 months. You will be upgraded to the next tier if you exceed the spending threshold for your current tier during the previous 12 months. We will notify you via email if you are being upgraded.
What if I don't spend enough in a year to maintain my current tier?
You will simply move to the next tier related to your total spend for that period, or if your spending drops below £1,000, your rewards will be removed.
How many tiers does Pampas Rewards have?
With Pampas Rewards, there are four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and V.I.P. These F.A.Q.s provide information about the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers only.
If you qualify for the V.I.P. tier, one of the Personal Shopping team will be in touch directly to discuss the complete details about your rewards and how to use these.
Can I opt out of Rewards?
Of course. To opt out, please contact Customer Support via email using support@pampasglasgow.co.uk.
Once we've processed your request to leave the Pampas Rewards programme, your spending will be removed from your Rewards account.
This means your tier status and any associated rewards will be removed from your account at the next system update.
If you change your mind, you can re-enrol in the Pampas Rewards programme by contacting our Customer Care team. If you choose to rejoin the rewards programme, we cannot reinstate your previous tier or spend value.
