Gifting is made easy thanks to our OLIAMI Online Gift Card. Whether you are looking for a luxury present, choose the amount you wish the lucky recipient to receive and add the card to your basket - simple! A unique code will be sent to your email to be redeemed at checkout.

Gift cards bought through the website are redeemable online only.

Gift cards wished to be used in-store are required to be purchased in-store or over the phone on 01764 660888

UK orders over £99, shipping is free.

For UK orders over £99 but under £150, shipping is free and we use Royal Mail First Class Tracked.

For UK orders over £150, shipping is free and we use DPD Next Day Service (excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands where we will use Royal Mail)

For UK orders under £99, the 'Standard' (£5) option is shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The 'Express' (£8) option is shipped via DPD Next Day Service.

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2PM Monday – Thursday will be dispatched same day where possible.
Orders placed before 2PM on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Saturday to most UK postcodes, however, please note delivery may not arrive until the Monday if service is 1-2 days.

Please note, during SALE periods, deliveries may take 1-2 days longer than specified above. All transit times given are to be used as a guide. All customers will receive tracking information via email or text.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the return and refund your item as long as your item(s) unused, in its original condition and with the tags still attached, within 28 days of delivery for a refund.

If you require a new size/colour, please place a new order. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your parcel.
Please complete this form in its entirety to ensure we can process this as quickly as possible.

Once we have received your return, we ask for 7 working days to process your refund.

Please note we do not offer free returns.
Any postage charges incurred when returning items will be at your own cost.
