Size & Fit:

• Hand-made to Italian sizing. Typically they are true-to-size but can vary in some styles due to the use of different lasts, which can either run big or small.
  
• The Paulina run half a size smaller so we recommend sizing up for the perfect fit

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 2PM Monday – Thursday will be dispatched same day where possible.
Orders placed before 2PM on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Saturday to most UK postcodes, however, please note delivery may not arrive until the Monday if service is 1-2 days.

Please note, during SALE periods, deliveries may take 1-2 days longer than specified above. All transit times given are to be used as a guide. All customers will receive tracking information via email or text.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the return and refund your item as long as your item(s) unused, in its original condition and with the tags still attached, within 28 days of delivery for a refund.

If you require a new size/colour, please place a new order. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your parcel.

Once we have received your return, we ask for 7 working days to process your refund.
