Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international delivery or delivery to other offshore UK destinations.

Mainland UK delivery

For orders up to and including £149:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8

Orders over £149 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

Northern Ireland delivery

For orders up to and including £249:

• Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class: £5
• Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1pm: £9.95

Orders over £249 qualify for free Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed during our normal working days. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or during the weekend or on Monday, will be dispatched from the following Tuesday.

During sale periods and particularly busy times, dispatch and delivery may take an additional one or two working days.

Tracking and delivery estimates

Customers will receive tracking information by email or text when their order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Although we use tracked Royal Mail services, delays outside our control can occasionally occur.
